Unlocking the true power of clean
The Design
Scalability is a key feature of Vario Heattm, allowing for easy expansion to meet increasing energy demands.
The Idea
Powering a sustainable future with Pyrolysis: Clean energy, clean planet.
We are proud to introduce this innovative and sustainable approach to energy production to our planet. Our plant will provide reliable and clean energy while also reducing our impact on the environment. We look forward to serving our plannet for years to come.
Our collective mission is to address the most pressing challenge of our time.
HEAT + ENERGY + CARBON STORAGE
Vario HeatTM
The CHP Pyrolysis plant uses a unique process that combines heat and power generation with the capture of carbon from organic materials such as wood chips. The process generates heat and electricity through the use of syngas produced from biomass pyrolysis, while simultaneously capturing carbon in the form of biochar.
Vario EnergyTM
Promoting Energy Security:
By diversifying energy sources and increasing local energy production, 2MW power plants help to promote energy security and reduce dependence on foreign energy sources.

Mr. Spaceman
Hey Vario, where to next??
What is biochar?
Agriculture:
Biochar can be used as a soil amendment to improve soil fertility, water retention, and nutrient availability. It can also help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural activities by increasing carbon sequestration in the soil.
Water filtration:
Biochar can be used in water filtration systems to remove contaminants such as heavy metals and organic pollutants. Its high porosity and surface area make it an effective adsorbent material for water treatment.
Energy storage:
Biochar has the potential to be used as a low-cost and sustainable energy storage material. It can be used to store heat or as a component in batteries and other energy storage systems.
Building materials:
Biochar can be used as an additive in building materials, such as concrete, to improve their strength, durability, and thermal insulation properties.
Biomass Energy:
Willow has emerged as a promising source of renewable energy and biomass for biochar use. With its fast growth rate and ability to be harvested annually, it has the potential to help reduce our reliance on fossil fuels and provide a sustainable source of energy and carbon capture.
OUR
APPROACH
Energy Efficiency
The plant produces both heat and electricity, which can be used to power homes and businesses in the local community. The CHP technology enables the plant to capture waste heat and convert it into additional energy, maximizing energy efficiency and reducing waste.
Carbon Capture
The plant captures carbon emissions during the pyrolysis process and converts them into biochar, a stable form of carbon that can be used to enhance soil fertility and structure. This carbon capture and sequestration technology is a critical step in reducing carbon emissions and mitigating the impact of climate change.
Waste Management
The plant utilizes organic waste materials, such as agricultural waste and forestry residue, as feedstock, reducing waste that would otherwise end up in landfills. This waste-to-energy approach not only reduces waste but also provides a sustainable and reliable source of energy production.
